PLEXUS appears together with sublime tenor Christopher Saunders as part of the ABC Sunday Live series, broadcast nationally on ABC Classic FM. 

This concert centrally features the world premiere of Shelter, a new song cycle by established New Zealand composer Brigid Ursula Bisley, commissioned by PLEXUS. Shelter is a musical setting of four poems by well known New Zealand poet, Cilla McQueen. These selected poems feature themes of love and intimacy, and passion for the poet’s Celtic ancestry and for the New Zealand landscape.

Presented alongside are well known works by Pulitzer Prize winner Jennifer Higdon, and the much-loved Khachaturian, as well as Gordon Kerry’s cantata The End of Many Worlds which was commissioned and premiered by PLEXUS in April 2014.
